TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking The Sovereign Activation™, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

• Sessions are scheduled weekly for a total of 12 weeks (12 sessions).
• A minimum of 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
• Rescheduling is permitted once per session.
• All 12 sessions must be completed within 4 months from the start date.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

• Full payment or an approved Klarna payment plan is required to secure your booking.
• Sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared or gifted to another person.

BOUNDARIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Sessions are conducted via Zoom.
• No between-session support is provided — this is a conscious container designed to empower your self-leadership and energetic sovereignty between sessions.
• Recording of sessions is not permitted.
• Results vary; no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
• Energy healing, intuitive guidance, and spiritual mentoring are complementary modalities and not substitutes for professional, medical, or psychological care.

CONFIDENTIALITY

• All session content remains private and confidential.
• Client testimonials or feedback will only be shared publicly with written permission.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

• Emma Mejah reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if the container’s energetic integrity or mutual respect is compromised.
